Where do you ship from?
Our products ship from our supplier warehouses located in the United States and overseas, depending on the item.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
• United States: 2–5 business days
• International orders: 5–10 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, as long as they have not entered processing or shipped. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for U.S. orders only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with original tags and packaging.
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Swimwear
• Lingerie / intimates
• Jewelry
• Beauty products
• Bodysuits
• Face masks
• Open-pack wholesale items
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns except in cases of damaged or incorrect items. Customs duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart on each product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We accept major credit and debit cards. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping address changes are only possible before the order ships. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
