Return Eligibility
At this time, returns are accepted only for U.S. orders, in accordance with our supplier’s return policy.
You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery (based on the tracking delivery date).
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In original clear packaging with SKU label
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Beauty products
- Bodysuits
- Face masks
- Intimates / lingerie
- Jewelry
- Swimwear
- Open-pack wholesale items
How to Start a Return
- Contact support@tooshop.com with your order number
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Ship the item back using the provided Return Authorization details
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
